- •Diagnosis with migraine according to ICHD criteria
- •Migraine group in the attack free period
排除标准
- •1.Contraindication to magnesium therapy (e.g. renal failure, nephrolithiasis)
- •2.Pregnancy or planned pregnancy
- •3.Breast feeding women
- •4.Menstrual migraine
- •5.Nonmigraine headache
- •6.Dependence or abuse of drugs
- •7.Psychiatric or chronic systemic illness
- •8.Foreseeablee poor compliance
- •9.Intake of antidepressants, neuroleptics, minor or major tranquillizers, drugs used for the treatment of affective disorders (e.g. lithium, carbamazepine)
- •10.Headache prophylaxis (e.g. beta receptor blockers, calcium antagonists) within last 3 months
