Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients anticipated with cervical epidural block at C5/6 level
  • •(Herniated cervical disc disease, post\-herpetic neuralgia)
  • •2\. age between 20\-70 and agreement with informed consents

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. History of Craninectomy or Craniotomy
  • •2\. Glaucoma or Cartaract
  • •3\. Allergy to local anesthetics and contrast dye
  • •4\. Cushing syndrome
  • •5\. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension
  • •6\. Dural punctured patient during the procedure
