Inclusion Criteria

1.Women with Breast or Ovarian cancer, coming to HCG hospital after their diagnosis

2.Age - above 30 years

3.Zubrodâ??s performance status 0-2 (ambulatory > 50% of time)

4.Willingness to participate in the study

5.Minimum high school education

Exclusion Criteria

1.Duration of metastasis more than 1 year

2.Brain metastasis

3.A concurrent medical condition likely to interfere with yoga intervention or survival

4.Any major psychiatric, neurological illness, or autoimmune disorders

5.Those who are on hydrocortisone medications or have HIV

6.Pregnant or lactating mothers or planning to conceive during the study period

7.Those who are recruited for clinical trials involving investigational new drugs

8.Prior practice of yoga in the last 6 months

9.History of any pathologic fractures

10.Undergoing Ratiation therapy to lung lesions

11.Septicemia, Multi organ failure, Bedridden patients

1. Perceived stress: Perceived stress will be measured using the standard Perceived Stress Scale <br/ ><br>2.Fatigue : The fatigue symptom inventory (FSI) <br/ ><br>3. Pittsburgh insomnia rating scale <br/ ><br>4. To assess the stress level objectively, we shall study salivary cortisol before and after the workshop on breathing processes and then every 3 months.Timepoint: Base line study, post study, and every 3 months interval
