1) All patients who visit the vestibular clinic at Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi hospital, and Faculty of Medicine Siriraj hospital and will be sent for two vestibular diagnostic tests: caloric and VEMP tests within 1 month after their first visit.
2) Age of 18-79 years old
3) Having dizziness, unsteadiness, or non-spinning vertigo within 1 year
4) Willing to participate in this study
1) Acute vertigo and/or dizziness symptoms
2) Cervical range of motion of rotation, flexion and extension less than 40 degrees
3) Atlantoaxial joint instability
4) Cervical radiculopathy
5) Impairment of sensation of foot
6) Having any impairments that limit walking ability
7) History of neurological deficits such as Parkinson disease, cerebrovascular disease, cerebellar ataxia
8) History of head trauma or posttraumatic amnesia after head trauma
9) History of psychiatric disorders
10) Unable to follow test instruction
