•1. Patient fulfilling the Diagnostic criteria of Pakshaghata.
•2.Patient fit for Basti and Nasya karma.
•3. Fully Conscious patients who will be able to give consent to participate in the study.
•4.Patient of Pakshaghata having either of hemorrhagic or ischemic pathologies.
•5. Patient of pakshaghata with one or both sides of body affected.

•1. Patient less than 20 and more than 70 years of age.
•2. Patient not fit for basti and nasya
•3. Patient with presenting complaint of fracture and dislocation.
•4. Unconscious patients
•5. Lost bladder and bowel control.
•6 Intracranial infection ,meningitis, trauma, cerebral tumour, cerebral abscess, marked impaired mental functions.
•7. Patient with chronicity of more than two years.
•8. Patient with major Systemic disorders
•9. Acute case of pakshaghata will be excluded
