- •kidney insufficiency from state III (creatininclearance beyond 60 ml/min after Cockcroft-Galut); acute inflammatory disease (CRP cut off > 1,0 mg/dl); operation or bigger trauma bevor < 6 weeks; myocardial infarction < 6 weeks ago
