Inclusion Criteria
- •Neonates below 28 day age
- •Neonates on continuous IV therapy
- •VIP scores 1\-4
Exclusion Criteria
- •Neonates with gangrene sloughing blisters and pus drainage at site of phlebitis
- •Neonates with any bleeding disorders
- •Neonates having other skin infection or burn
