Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Children from 7 years to 17 years with previous diagnosis of Asthma or if reason for hospital visit included Asthma
- •2\. Children whose parents give consent to participate in the study and are willing for follow up
- •3\. Patients having smartphone with good internet connectivity
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Children whose parents refuse to give consent to participate in the study
- •2\. Children with chronic conditions like chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, congenital heart disease, rickets, diagnosed endocrinological disease, any recent surgeries or any other concomitant illness that warrants in\-person visit.
- •3\. Children with \>\=1 exacerbation per week
- •4\. Children with history of exacerbation in last week requiring hospital admission
