Inclusion Criteria

Emergency department patient who diagnosed of acute asthma exacerbation

Exclusion Criteria

1. respiratory failure who require intubation
2. history of corticosteroids allergy
3. diagnosis of COVID-19, pulmonary TB, and pneumonia
4. patients who refuse to participate
