Inclusion Criteria
Healthy cooperative patients in the age group of 2 to 6 years.
Patients with ICDAS 1-3 active cavitated lesions in the anterior tooth region.
Patients with high caries risk.
Exclusion Criteria
Known silver allergy.
Tooth with enamel defects.
Children with medically compromised conditions.
Children having teeth with presence of an abscess or a sinus, obvious discoloration, and premature hypermobility.
Children with special health care needs.
Uncooperative patients.
