- •Requiring bladder catheterization

- •ASA IV patients
- •Contraindication for spinal anaesthesia
- •Significant cardiac disease
- •Chronic analgesic use
- •High AV Block
- •Psychiatric disease
- •Renal failure
- •Paralytic ileus
- •History of urinary tract obstruction/neurogenic/ overactive bladder
- •Acute exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma
