Inclusion Criteria

1. Presence of Ruk, Toda, Stambha and Spandana in the Sphik, Kati, Uru and Pada

2. Tenderness along the course of the Sciatic nerve.

3. Patients in the age-group of 20-60 years.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Benign or Malignant tumor of the spine or tuberculosis of the vertebral column.

2. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular disease, Pregnancy and Lactating mother.
