1.No Dementia
2.No Depression
3.Have ability to perform BADL
4.MCI Screening by MOCA-B (Thai version)
5.MCI diagnosed with DSM-5
6. Men and Women aged 60-79 years old
7.Have ability to see number at one foot range
8.Have ability to draw a line on a piece of paper by hand
9.Give consent and can come to participate in the physical movement activity and multifaceted cognitive program
1. Having heart disease, asthma and cannot control high blood pressure
2. Having psychiatric problems; alcoholic disorders
3. Hearing or communication problem
4.Having an injury at the waist, back or shoulder that inhibits their ablility to perform in the movement activity
5.Were participating in regular cognitive program within 2 months agos
6.On medicine with psychiatric drugs, Thyroid, HIV/AIDS
7. Having TB
