Inclusion Criteria

Chronic hepatitis B patients between age of 18-80 years that follow up and treatment under the Thai Chronic hepatitis B guideline 2015

Exclusion Criteria

1.Chronic hepatitis B patient with hepatocellular carcinoma
2.Chronic hepatitis B with HIV infection
3.Chronic hepatitis B with chronic hepatitis C infection
4.Post liver transplantation patients
4.Decompensated liver cirrhosis without waiting list for liver transplantation
5.The patients had history of chronic alcoholic drinking more tham 40-80 gram per day in male or 20-40 gram per day in female
6.The patients who had herbal medicine or drug abuse
7.Chronic hepatitis B patients with autoimmune hepatitis
8.Chronic heoatitis B patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis
