Inclusion Criteria

1. Primipara / Multipara with non-complicated full term vaginal delivery,

2. Age between 20 ââ?¬â?? 35 years

3. Woman willing and able to participate in the study.

4. Woman in 3rdto 10thpostnatal day.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Woman who delivered by Caesarian section or forceps delivery/ vacuum application

2. Woman after 11thpostnatal day.

3. Puerperium associated with complications like severe postpartum haemorrhage, acute inversion of uterus, puerperal eclampsia, psychosis, postnatal gestational Diabetes

4. With uncontrolled hypertension ( >160/100 mm of Hg).

5. With uncontrolled diabetes mellitus {HbA1c > 8.0 %.)

6. With evidence of malignancy.

6. Mothers with active herpes breast/breast abscess/retracted nipple/severely cracked nipples, having h/o of HbsAg+ve, HIV+ve, Tuberculosis, Chronic medical conditions.

7. Any other condition which the Principal Investigator thinks may jeopardize the study.
