1.Fugl Meyer Assessment Scale- 62-86 (Mild -UE 57, LE 29; Moderate â?? UE 39, LE 23)
2.Patient having smart phone with internet connection.
3. Patient willing to sign Informed consent and behavioural consent (Behavioural consent will include- patientâ??s willingness and commitment to use tele rehabilitation as a mode of Stroke rehabilitation and following the instructions as told by the researcher, Patientâ??s commitment for not to opt any other mode of rehabilitation other than telerehabilitation at least for 3 months) â?? for telerehabilitation. For in-person rehabilitation, patient will be asked to visit twice a month for 3 months
1.Infratentorial Stroke, Posterior circulation stroke, Bilateral hemorrhages.
2.Significant language or attention deficit which may preclude rehabilitation.
3.Significant hearing or vision impairment
4.Cognitive impairment (Montreal Cognitive Assessment score < 24)
5.Significant hemineglect
6.Re-current Stroke
7.Pregnancy
8.Any disability due to reason other than stroke (Orthopedic problems that limit passive ranges of motion of lower extremity or any contracture/Upper/Lower extremity amputation)
9.Concurrent enrolment in another investigational study
10.Patient with any other neurodegenerative condition like Alzheimer Disease, Parkinsonâ??s Disease, Motor Neuron Disease etc.
11.Depression (GDS Score >=10) or any other significant psychiatric illness, any chronic illness like HIV, Malignancy etc.
