The subjects will be 52 elderly individuals with dementia aged 60 or older and classified as level 4-5 on the long-term care insurance scale, who have mild to moderate dementia with scores of 15-23 on the Korean version of the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE-K), regardless of whether they received cognitive training or not. In addition, they must not have engaged in regular exercise in the past six months and should have no visual or hearing impairments.
Participants who have physical impairments that make exercise impossible and those who experience discomfort from electrode attachment during EEG testing or have sensitive skin will be excluded from the study.
