a)Healthy individuals without any medical history requiring root canal treatment.
b)Age from 18 to 65 years.
c)All teeth are included (single and multi rooted) with complete root formation.
d)Necrosed teeth with primary endodontic lesion size < 2mm.
e)Patient who give consent for the treatment.
a)Tooth with Root fractures/ resorptions,
b)Tooth with Open apex( more than ISO size 80),
c)Presence of Intraoral and extraoral swelling,
d)Presence of Sinus opening
e)Teeth requiring retreatment and previously accessed teeth.
f)Tooth with large periapical lesion
g)Tooth with primary perio and secondary endodontic lesions
h)Patients with the history of antibiotic consumption within past one month, history of analgesic intake within past 24 hours.
i)Diabetic, immune-compromised patients will be excluded.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Results of the study will help us to know that which intracanal medicament is performing better with respect to inter appointment flare up. Use of Herbal products as intracanal medicaments also will be evaluated which will benefit to overcome the antibiotic resistance.Timepoint: 1,3,7 and 14 days
