Inclusion Criteria
Age 18- 24 years
Subjects that had a WaLIDD score of = 1 to document subjective history of primary dysmenorrhea
Nulliparous women
Regular menstrual cycle of 28- 35 days
Moderate level of Physical activity according to International Physical Activity Questionnaire
Exclusion Criteria
Women on Hormonal therapy or who take over the counter analgesic to manage dysmenorrhea during menstruation
History of Endometriosis Hormonal imbalance and Adenomyosis
Participation in any other exercise program
