•18-95 years, diagnosis of oncologic disease and symptoms of chemotherapy-induced polyneuropathy (CIPN), patient consent, patients have received at least one course of platinum-, taxane-, or vincaloid-based chemotherapy, proteasome inhibitor, or thalidomide/lenalidomide/pomalidomide therapy, indication of at least. 4 points on the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) for pain, cramps, tingling, or numbness in the feet (score: =4/10), platelet count greater than 100,000/µL

•According to the inclusion criteria, patients with polyneuropathy already before oncological system therapy, platelets<100,000/µl.
•Psychological restrictions (lack of capacity to consent), which do not allow participation in the study.
•Interventions such as massages/ rubs with or without oils during the study period.
•Infections and/or open wounds on the feet, coagulopathies, allergy to the base oil, other neuropathies such as diabetic polyneuropathy
