Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • working healthcare professionals of one of the two study locations who actively practice medicine or nursing; signed, written declaration of consent is required; sufficient knowledge of German language

Exclusion Criteria

  • Currently clinically diagnosed burnout syndrome according to ICD\-11; purely administrative position; pregnancy
