Brief Summary
Child birth is considered as one of the most memorable and a painful experience in women’s life
There are ground breaking advances in pain reduction and one of the noval method is using virtual reality .
This is a noval trail by using virtual reality we try to decrease the pain perception and give a better pain control with minimal side effects compared to pharmacological methods

- Ages
- 18.00 Year(s) to 40.00 Year(s) (—)
- Sex
- Female
Inclusion Criteria
- •Nulliparus women at least 18 yrs of age having at leat 1 contraction every 5 minutes with pain score of 4 to 7 on numerical pain score.
Exclusion Criteria
- •multiparity not in term less than one contraction in 5 mins pain score more than 8 or less than 4 any contraindication to vr like preeclampsia , eclampsia history of epilepsy.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
Pain reduction through virtual reality i.e pain control through non pharmacological methods
Time Frame: At the end of 30 mins | 2hrs and 4hrs
Secondary Outcomes
- Vitals like pulse rate & blood pressure in lower limit(2 yrs)
