Inclusion Criteria

1) Patient Posted for elective Laparoscopic surgeries in Gynaecology.

2)American society of Anaesthesiologists physical status 1 and 2

Exclusion Criteria

1)Patients who refuse to give consent

2)Patient having allergy to study drugs

3)Patients with history of Cardiovascular diseases (likes IHD and uncontrolled hypertension)and Respiratory diseases ( likes COPD and asthma)

4)Patients taking beta blocking agents

5) Those patients who requre peritoneal drain after surgery

6)chronic pain syndrome of neurologic diseases

To compare the analgesic effect by measuring duration of post operative pain relief using visual analogue scale (VAS)scoreTimepoint: To assess post operative pain using visual analogue scale (VAS)score at 30 minutes interval postoperatively upto 2 hours then at 2 hours interval upto 12 hours and then 6 hours interval upto 24 hours.

1) TO compare the analgesic effect by measuring number of rescue analgesics requred in first 24 hours <br/ ><br>2)To monitor pulse rate ,blood pressure,oxygen saturation(SPO2) and end tidal CO2 <br/ ><br>3)To monitor side effects if any like nausea,vomitting,pruritus,bradycardia,hypotension,sedation and respiratory depressionTimepoint: At 30 minutes interval postoperatively upto 2 hours and then at 2 hourly interval upto 12 hoursand then at 6 hourly interval upto 24 hours.
