Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Primigravidae mothers admitted in Lady Goschen hospital, who underwent a normal vaginal delivery
- •2\. Single intra\-uterine gestation
- •3\. Mothers literate in Kannada
- •4\. Mothers willing to bring their child for follow up in Regional Advanced Paediatric Care Centre hospital for immunisation.
- •5\. Mothers with access to a smartphone.
- •6\. Neonates which are term and Appropriate for Gestational Age
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Mothers not willing to breastfeed or have a contraindication to breastfeeding
- •2\. Mothers with postpartum complications, requiring ICU admission
- •3\. Neonates with orofacial malformations
- •4\. Neonates requiring intensive care (NICU admission)
