- •Children with severe sepsis or fluid refractory septic shock who are hemodynamically unstable.
排除标准
- •- Patients with uncorrected cyanotic heart disease.
- •- Patients with chronic hemoglobinpathies or any hematological diseases .
- •- Patients with decompensated chronic cardiac conditions
- •- Patients with chronic lung disease
- •- Patients referred to PICU more than 6 hours after the diagnosis of severe sepsis or septic shock
