Participants with Primary Diagnosis of OCD as per DSM 4 criteria and YBOCS score of 20 or above.
Minimum education of class tenth
Participants fluent in Hindi or English with ability to comprehend English text in assessment tools
Participants who are drug naïve, drug free or stabilized on medication for 2 months prior to entry to the study
History of head injury, neurological illness or history suggestive of organic condition
Primary diagnosis of Schizophrenia and any other psychosis, current or past psychoactive substance dependence except nicotine dependence, and mental retardation
Participants who have undergone structured psychotherapy for OCD in the past one year
