Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing elective and emergency surgery for whom abdominal incision is taken.
2. Patients on anticoagulants, known case of coagulopathies.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Scar at planned incision site.
2. Patients with pacemakers.
3. Patients with pre existing pain at incision site or any neuropathy.
4. Immuno compromised patients due to chemotherapy, immunosuppressantâ??s, corticosteroids etc.
5. Pregnancy.

Name Time Method incision time and blood loss, <br/ ><br>Post operative Pain, Scar formationTimepoint: incision time taken and blood loss by pre operative and post operative weight of gauze <br/ ><br>Post operative Pain at Post Operative day 0 , 1 and day 2 and scar formation on day 4, day 10 and day 28.
