Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patient with best corrected visual acuity less than 6/12, patients with clinically significant macular oedema CMT more than 300 micrometers diagnosed by optical coherence tomography, patients with controlled blood sugar level.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Macular oedema due to other causes like retinal vein occlusion, Uveitis etc., Any previous intravitreal triamcinolone and posterior sub tenon triamcinolone injection, previous laser photocoagulation of the retina, Patients with type1 diabetes mellitus, pregnancy induced, stress and juvenile induced diabetes mellitus, any coexisting retinal diseases, Any known hypersensitivity to any component of procedural medication, uncooperative patients with disturbed conscious level.
