Inclusion Criteria
1 Patients diagnosed with Schzophrenia, schizophrenia like Psychosis (F20 to F29) according to ICD 10 DCR
2 Patients with no antipsychotic medication for last one month
3Literate participants having mobile phone with ability to read SMS.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients having organic mental disorder, Mental Retardation, Substance dependence
2 Patients having comorbid illness like Epilepsy, Diabetes Mellitus, Tuberculosis Hypertension
