Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Age above 60 years
  • 2\. Participant with diagnosis RSP (FVC is \<80% predicted value while the FEV1/FVC ratio \= 0\.7\)
  • 3\. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MOCA) with score of more than 18
  • 4\. Modified Medical Research Council (MMRC) grade 0\-3
  • 5\. Low to moderate risk on American College of Sports and Medicine (ACSM) risk stratification

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Any health condition that is contraindicated for performing PFT
  • 2\. Any known health condition (Cardiovascular/metabolic/renal disease /musculoskeletal conditions) that maybe worsened or pose a significant risk during exercise
  • 3\. A prior diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or asthma
