• Histologically confirmed NSCLC not curable by surgery
• Karnofsky > 80%
• Tumor volume and localization allow curative radiotherapy
• Written consent

Exclusion Criteria

• Metastases
• Diabetes
• Pregnancy
• Psychiatric impairment
