(1) Patients who plan to undergo thoracoscopic pulmonary wedge resection / segmental resection / lobectomy;
(2) ASA grade I-III;
(3) Age: 18-70 years old.
(1) The patient did not agree to participate in the clinical study;
(2) The patient had any of the following conditions within 12 months before operation: myocardial infarction, severe / unstable angina pectoris, coronary artery bypass grafting, congestive heart failure, cerebrovascular accident, pulmonary embolism; Or the following conditions are emerging: arrhythmia = grade 2 according to nci-ctcae standard, QTc interval is prolonged (male > 450 ms, female > 470 MS);
(3) The patients had definite abnormal liver and kidney function;
(4) The patient has definite mental illness;
(5) Preoperative long-term use of analgesic drugs or gastrointestinal motility drugs; Previous PONV history;
(6) The patient had infection at the acupuncture point;
(7) ASA grade III or above.
