Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy Indian young adults from age of 18 to 25 years will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants having musculoskeletal or neurological conditions that may hamper sit to stand ability.( based on medical reports)
- •People undergone at least 12 weeks of training particularly lower limb recently.
- •Pregnancy and 6 months postpartum.
- •Patient who have undergone recent surgery that may affect sit –stand activities.
