- •1. 18 years and above requiring central line for various reasons
排除标准
- •1.Clinical Coagulopathy
- •2.Platelet count less than 100,000 µL-1
- •3.Activated partial thromboplastin time greater than 1.5 times control
- •4.International Normalized Ratio >1.5
- •5.Local infection at the catheterization site 6.Fracture clavicle
- •7.Suspected subclavian vessel injury
- •8.Contra lateral lung abnormality
- •9. Patient refusal to participate in the study
