Inclusion Criteria

1. Age group between 20-40yrs

2. Married women

3. Patient fit for menstrual cup insertion

4. Patient having menstrual disorders-

Hypomenorrhoea, Dysmenorrhoea, Oligomenorrhoea, Menorrhagia, Polymenorrhoea

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patient having Genital infections, PID, STDs

2. Patient having cervical and uterine polyps,fibroids

3. Any malignancy of the genital tract

4. Congenital anomalies of genital tract

5. Patient who are not willing.

6. Menopausal women

7. Hysterectomy
