- •2\.Had stable health status by using fix dose of blood pressure medications or lipid\- lowering medication without serious symptoms
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Female went through menopause for less than 6 months.
- •2\. Type 2 DM
- •3\. Renal diseases
- •4\. Hepatic diseases
- •5\. Thyroid disorder
- •8\. Pregnant women
- •9\. Lactating women
- •10\. Take any supplements in the pass 1 month
- •11\. Injected vaccine in the pass 1 month
- •12\. Infected with COVID 19 in the pass 1 month
