1.Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi-like pain radiating from sphika to pada region. Other symptoms of Gridhrasi like ruka, stambha,suptata, spandan, aruchi,tandra and Gaurava were also included.
2. Patients age between 18-60 years,irrespective of sex, religion and socioeconomic status.
3.Controlled cases of Diabetes Mellitus (HbA1c upto 6.5%), Controlled cases of Hypertension (Bp upto 140/90 mmHg)
4.Local tenderness and presence of trigger point in back (Lumbo-sacral) and affected lower limb.
5. S.L.R. test in the affected leg as an objective measure for diagnosis as well as for the improvement of treatment.
1.Patient With Systemic pathologies like Cardiac disease,renal disease etc.
2.Patient With Vertebral Fracture, Vertebral Fusion and acute disc prolapse and spondolithiasis etc.
3.Patient With genetic and herediatary disorders.
4.Patient With Systemic Disases like uncotrolled Hypertension (more than 150/100mmHg) and uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus (RBS more than 180mg/dl,HbA1c more than 7%),Patient of Anemia having Hb% <9.5mg/dl.
5.Malignancy ,Fracture related to spine,Pregnancy ,Age below 18 years and above 60 years.
6.STD,HIV,HBsAg Positive.
