Inclusion Criteria

  • posttraumatic Knee Joint Arthritis
  • Implantation of a bicondylar knee replacement
  • Age \> 18 years
  • General anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • Degenerative Arthritis
  • Infectious Joint disease
  • History of intraarticular infection
  • chronic pain treated with opiods
  • Contraindication against one of the tested methods
