Inclusion Criteria
Patients between the age group of 18yrs to 60yrs with displaced fracture neck of
femur.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pathological fracture neck femur.
2. Any other bony injury in the same limb.
3. Injury more than 3 weeks old.
4. Open fracture.

Name Time Method To evaluate the timing of surgery post-injury with quality of reduction in <br/ ><br>displaced fracture neck femur in young adults.Timepoint: Post-operative period (usually day1/day2) - when patient is comfortable to undergo xray
