i) Patients of ASA grade I & II criteria.
ii) Age between 15 to 65 years.
iii) Patients understand procedure & can give written consent.
iv) Patients who understand VAS score.
v) Patients hemodynamically stable.
i) Cases contra-indicated for sub-arachnoid block.
ii) Pregnant and Lactating mother.
iii) Patients with H/O MgSO4 allergy.
iv) Patients with drug and alcohol abuse.
v) Patients on treatment with calcium channel blocker.
vi) Patients having liver disease.
vii) Patients having cardiac disease.
viii) Hematological disorders or Musculo-skeletal disorders.
ix) Patients having renal disease.
x) Neurological deficit / Psychological disorder.
xi) Uncontrolled D2M.
xii) Immunocompromised patients.
xiii) Failed spinal converted to General anesthesia.

Name Time Method Expect that it will prolong <br/ ><br>the duration of demand the first rescue analgesia and also reduce total <br/ ><br>post-operative analgesic requirements of analgesic drugs during the first 48 hour.Timepoint: JUNE 2020 TO AUGUST 2021.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method i)To compare the onset and maximum level of sensory block. <br/ ><br>ii)To compare onset, quality and duration of motor block. <br/ ><br>iii)To observe hemodynamic parameters like hypotension, bradycardia, sedation and respiratory depression.Timepoint: JUNE 2020 TO AUGUST 2021.
