Inclusion Criteria

1 Patient who are fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Kaphaja shirashoola Maxillary sinusitis

2 Patient of either gender above the age of 16 and below 50 years

3 Those fit for Nasya

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patient suffering from other types of shiroroga

2 Diagnosed cases with notable Neurological diseases

3 Patients with complications of Chronic Maxillary Sinusitis such as orbital cellulitis, osteomyelitis of maxillary bone

4 Patients who are on medications like Psychoactive drugs

5 Pregnant women
