Inclusion Criteria

postmenopausal women or men above 50 years old recent (< 6 months) fragility hip fracture

Exclusion Criteria

1. High energy trauma hip fracture
2. Atypical femoral fracture
3. Multiple fractures.
4. Pathologic hip fracture
5. Patients with previous knee surgery
6. Neuromuscular disorder patients
7. Unable to communicate or unco-operate patients

Symptomatic knee OA at time of diagnosis Patient with radiographic OA at least gr II Kellgren &amp; Lawrence (KL) classification and associated with knee pain, aching, instability causing gait difficulty, and/or stiffness in the same joint
