Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who are ready to sign informed consent voluntarily.
- •2\. Age group: 18 â?? 65 years.
- •3\. Spasticity grade according to MAS : 1 , 1\+
- •4\. Males and females
- •5\. Hemorrhagic /Ischemic stroke
- •6\. First\-ever intracerebral hemorrhage or ischemic stroke, confirmed by either computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI);that had occurred at least 3 months before inclusion
- •7\.Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients diagnosed with psychological and cognitive\-behavioral illness and are not able to understand and co\-operate for the study.
- •Cognitive impairment (MMSE(Mini Mental State Examination) \< 24\)
- •1\. Stroke patients who have auditory \&/or visual or perceptual deficits.
- •2\.Patient suffered from other central/ peripheral neurologic diseases, such as brain tumor or Parkinsonâ??s disease, which could influence their motor control before or during recruitment.
