- •- reduced intelligibility, measured by National Institute for the Deaf (NTID) Skala (Samar & Metz 1998) score < 5.
- •- Dysarthria of non-progressive etiology, measured by BoDys, Profilhöhe < 59 in full version version
- •- CPIB questionnaire total score < 30

- •exclusion criteria:
- •- Aphasia Apraxia of Speech, Dementia,
- •- other communication handicap
- •- low knowledge of German language
- •- multy resistant infection, hygenic isolation required
