Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients undergoing major mandibular resections with reconstruction.
-Literate: able to read and write in at least one of the following languages; English, Hindi or Marathi.
-Willing to fill forms and post them and/or answer questions on phone.
Exclusion Criteria
-Pediatric patients ( < 18 yrs of age)
-Refusal of consent
-Emergency surgery
-Cognitively impaired
-Illiterate patients
