Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients clinically diagnosed with hand eczema and willing to participate in the study and adhere to the protocol.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patient less than 18 years
- •pregnant and lactating females
- •patient with other dermatological condition on hand like intertrigo, infected eczema,palmoplanter psoriasis
- •patient with prior use of any topical corticosteroid during last 2 weeks and systemic treatment during last 4 week
- •patient unwilling to participate in study
