Inclusion Criteria
patients clinically diagnosed with hand eczema and willing to participate in the study and adhere to the protocol.
Exclusion Criteria
patient less than 18 years
pregnant and lactating females
patient with other dermatological condition on hand like intertrigo, infected eczema,palmoplanter psoriasis
patient with prior use of any topical corticosteroid during last 2 weeks and systemic treatment during last 4 week
patient unwilling to participate in study
