Patients with PCOS according to Rotterdam criteria
Aged 18 to 40 years

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant during the intervention
Hyperplasia
Androgen secreting tumors
Hyperprolactinemia
Thyroid dysfunction
Diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance
