Brief Summary
主要目的:探讨不同的按压次数是否产生温度变化幅度、视觉模拟评分、痛阈、肌张力不同的变化;提供叠掌按压法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱的力学参考。

Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 18 to 50 (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.符合胸椎小关节紊乱的诊断标准;
- •2.年龄在 18-50,男女不限;
- •3.病变节段在 T3-T4 之间的患者;
- •4.病程:至少 3 个月;
- •5.VAS 评分 5-7 分;
- •6.无器质性病变、精神病病史、家族遗传病病史、外伤性疾病;
- •8.自愿参加本试验,签署知情同意书者。
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.不耐受手法治疗者;
- •2.胸椎侧凸(Cobb 角> 20°)、骨质疏松、脊椎骨折等疾病或脊椎手术病史的患者;
- •3.合并有严重心脑血管、消化系统、呼吸系统、泌尿系统、血液病等疾病;
- •4.妊娠期、哺乳期女性。
