Undergraduate university students, Fit to participate in exercise program based on PAR-Q AND YOU, Sedentary individuals those who had categorical score from Low to moderate level based activity on International physical activity questionnaire, Individuals who are willing to participate, Individuals having smart phones
Individuals who are already involved in regular exercise program, Individuals having recent injuries or persistent pain that would restrict the subject from doing certain exercises in the exercise protocol,Individuals with cognitive impairments, Individuals with hearing impairments,Individuals with neurological disorders,Individuals with amputation and having prosthetic limb,Individuals having any associated illness which will restrict or alter the exercise performance
